I have had more than 13 years of experience working with individuals, families, couples, and groups.
My best skill is caring about people and accepting them for who they are. I will work with you in setting your own goals for therapy. I will help you change thoughts and behaviors that are not helping you maintain positive relationships with others. Learning to better connect yourself and with others is the difference between just existing in this world and being happy.
I specialize in working with couples, divorce issues, children and teens, victims of abuse, anger management, parent education, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and PTSD.
